AvePlus is a feed supplement which gives a significantly smaller ammonia release allows for less airing and a reduced energy cost for heating, – the microbial composition of AvePlus has a scientifically supported effect and provides protection against avian influenza. Campylobacter, Salmonella, E. coli and Newcastle disease (peer-reviewed reports are available if needed).

Stensjö Ägg, Sweden, which has had AvePlus in use for one year, reports: improved animal health, significantly less mite problems as well as an increase in productivity. Mortality is likely to decrease in hatchery producers  (stronger eggshells, etc. ).

A treatment of the bedding with AvePlus may provide an increased effect against ammonia release and the possibility of further energy conservation.
